As Director of Global Affairs and Innovative Business Development, he established a specialized entity—Innovative Business Engagements—designed to bridge technology adoption between Dassault Systèmes and central/state governments. Deepak’s leadership is deeply rooted in experience. He began his career as a Design Engineer, applying CAD/CAM/PLM tools to improve manufacturing outcomes. From technical roles to becoming a product specialist and later a sales leader, he has experienced the technology ecosystem from every angle. This diverse exposure makes him uniquely positioned to lead Dassault Systèmes India during a time when enterprises are rapidly transitioning toward automation, simulation-led engineering, and AI-driven product development.
A strong believer in democratizing digital engineering, Deepak works extensively with universities and training institutions to bridge India's skill gap. Academically, Deepak holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, a Diploma in Tool and Die Making, and has completed an Executive Management Program (MBA) from IIM Bangalore. His academic grounding combined with industry exposure enables him to balance innovation with strategy, and ambition with feasibility.
